I just finished my 1st diaper cake. I used 96 diapers, 8 training pants, a diaper duck, diaper cream, 2 shirts, 1 toy, 1 medicine feeder, 1 pair of shoes and an alligator bath toy. Christy's (Josh's brother's wife)baby shower is today and everyone is supposed to bring diapers for the diaper raffle. I thought the cake would be more fun than a box of diapers although I will be sad when she takes it apart to use the diapers.
