Recital

Sophie started Ballet/Tap about 4 months ago and last night was the big RECITAL. She performed a tap number to the song "Brown eyed girl." Half way thru the performance her shoe fell off and she ran off stage to have someone put it back on. She did such a good job of coming right back out and joining in. We definitely need the video!!! Overall she did very well and she is ready to sign up for summer classes. Chase sat in the audience and watched all of the dances. He loves to dance and was showing off his moves from his seat.

She introduced him to her friends and when he didn't talk she told them he was shy.

Chase brought Sophie a flower after the performance.



Sophie loved her flower. She smelled her flower and said "it smells like LOVE."
I think the thing she likes most about dance is getting to wear the make-up once a year at Recital.
